Custom Websites
A site built for your business, not assembled from a template a hundred other companies are also using. Designed, built, and handed over working.
Starting at $500
That is the starting price, and it buys a small site built properly — a few pages, your words, and contact that reaches you. Everything under What changes the price moves up from there. Nothing moves it down.
What you get
- A design of your own Laid out around what your business actually does. No stock theme with your logo dropped into the corner of it.
- Built for the phone first Most of your visitors arrive on one. The site is designed for that screen before it is designed for a desktop, and checked on real devices at real sizes.
- Inquiries that actually reach you A contact form wired to your inbox, with spam filtering that holds up. Not a mailto link that opens an email client nobody has set up.
- Findable Page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap written as part of the build, so search engines can read the site properly from the day it goes up.
- Fast Compressed images, minimal scripts, and pages that finish loading before a visitor gives up on them.
- Yours outright You get the files. There is no license to renew, and no fee to pay us if you decide to move the site somewhere else.
What you provide
- Your domain name You buy and own it — Namecheap, Cloudflare, GoDaddy, wherever you prefer. Registering it in your own account means it stays yours, whatever happens to us. We will tell you exactly what to point where.
- Your hosting The site has to live on a server, and that account is yours. We will tell you what the site needs and recommend hosts that meet it, but the bill and the login belong to you.
- Your SSL certificate The padlock in the address bar. Many hosts include one at no cost; some charge for it. Either way it is purchased and renewed on your account, not ours.
What changes the price
- How many pages A five-page site and a fifty-page site are not the same job. $500 assumes a small one. More pages means more design, more writing, and more to test.
- Selling something A store adds real work — products, cart, checkout, payment handling, tax, receipts, and the testing that has to go with all of it.
- Accounts and logins Anything a visitor signs into needs security and testing that a brochure site simply does not.
- Where the words come from We can build around copy you supply, or write it with you. Writing it together takes longer and costs more, and usually reads better.
- Custom functionality Booking systems, calculators, member areas, feeds from software you already run — anything beyond pages and a contact form is quoted on what it takes to build.

Tell us what you have in mind. A quote follows a conversation, never a form — we would rather understand the work than guess at it.
